Reverend Paul Larmer is the spiritual teacher behind Sacred Line Spirituality. Likely the only reverend and personal trainer you’ll ever meet, Paul provides practical tools and life ceremonies to guide you to the realization of your peak powers and capabilities. Wielding these inner gifts you can successfully understand and fulfill the purpose and vision for your life.

Paul’s approach revolves around the Sacred Line of the head and spine in which the life force is concentrated. Through the prescription of ritualized practice, Paul guides your actions to create the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual shifts necessary to achieve your highest vision.

Paul works together with you, your family, group or organization to bridge the gap between your current experience and envisioned future. This process of aligning your life with your ideal connects you to your unique service in the world and opens your heart to deeper experiences of love for yourself, others and the environment.

Services

Reverend Paul Larmer offers five primary types of services to facilitate the alignment of you, your group, family or corporation with their highest vision and the powers to achieve it.

Training

Paul is a certified Personal Trainer with the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiologists as well as a certified fitness, yoga and meditation instructor. Personal or group training applies the principles of human performance, mindfulness, meditation and yoga to help you build the energy and capabilities needed to achieve your goal.

Healing

As a Registered Massage Therapist with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC), Paul releases blockages and restores energy flow throughout your entire system - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

Counselling

Certified by the Australasian Institute of Body-Mind Analysis and Psychosomatic Therapy, Paul helps you to understand what the condition of your body is communicating about the mental and emotional state of your mind. This conscious awareness provides the necessary foundation to shift your experience.

Teaching

With over 30 years of experience in the field of health and wellness, Paul offers a variety of signature and customized courses, workshops and lunch & learns to support you, your family, community or organization to understand and shift the mind ’s experience of stress, anxiety, depression, disease and overall happiness.

Ceremony

A member of the Canadian International Metaphysical Ministry and graduate of the Celebrant Foundation and Institute, Paul offers personalized ceremonies to celebrate major milestones in life. These include Birthing / Welcoming Ceremony, Naming Ceremony, Healing Ceremony, Ceremony for Miscarriage or Stillborn, Coming of Age Ceremony, Graduation Ceremony, Ceremony for New Beginnings - New Career, Venture or Spiritual Journey, Marriage Ceremony, Retirement Ceremony, Funerals and Celebration of Life Ceremonies.
